What does your residential cleaning service include?

Our residential cleaning includes kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, bedrooms, garbage removal, and surface sanitizing. We also offer deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized checklists based on your home’s needs.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. We bring everything needed to clean your home, including natural or non-toxic cleaning products if requested. If you prefer we use your own products, we can do that too.

How often can I schedule residential cleaning?

You can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleaning services. We work around your routine to make cleaning simple and consistent.

Are the cleaners the same every time they visit my home?

Yes. For recurring services, we assign the same cleaning team to your home whenever possible. This helps maintain consistency, quality, and trust.

Do you offer deep cleaning or special request cleaning?

Laundry services

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off laundry service for homes and businesses?

Yes. We provide pick-up and drop-off laundry service for both residential and commercial clients. We pick up your laundry in our provided bag and return it freshly cleaned, dried, and folded. Delivery is available throughout Chilliwack and surrounding areas.

How often can I schedule laundry service?

You can schedule laundry service weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We also offer 24-hour or same-day turnaround for urgent loads at an additional cost. We tailor your frequency based on your laundry volume and needs.

Can I change my laundry pick-up or delivery schedule?

Yes. You can easily update your laundry schedule at any time. If your laundry volume increases or decreases, we adjust your contract and pick-up times to match your new routine.

What days and times do you offer laundry pick-up and delivery?

Our laundry pick-up and delivery service operates Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Recurring clients can request preferred time windows that fit their schedule.

Are detergents and cleaning products included in the service cost?

Yes. All detergents and cleaning products are included with your laundry service. A 15% product fee is added to your contract to cover the cost of the natural or commercial-grade products you choose.

What happens if my laundry shrinks, gets damaged, or colours bleed?

We handle every load with great care. If any item is damaged during the cleaning process, we take responsibility and will cover the cost to replace the affected piece. We also follow garment labels and special instructions to prevent issues.

Do you offer stain removal on laundry items?

Yes, we offer stain treatment; however, not all stains can be fully removed. Stain removal results vary depending on the fabric and the age of the stain. We discuss any concerns with you on a case-by-case basis before processing.
